Yeah loofah gourds can be eaten when they ar...LOL! Yeah loofah gourds can be eaten when they are small, but we let ours get big to use as loofah sponges. :D They should last me forever hehe.<br /><br />The peppers will have to be canned or frozen because there's no way we could eat all of them before they went bad lol. We will save some for seed for next year's garden too.
