I put up a post this month on that same topic. Keep insisting and pushing and don't take no for an answer. You are your best offense, fight hard and don't give up. Good luck and I hope things get better for you soon.appydoesdressagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03247747981543003242noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3086918209176708024.post-6855676251980110772011-03-28T23:57:22.629-05:002011-03-28T23:57:22.629-05:00Oh so sorry to hear about all the stressful things...Oh so sorry to hear about all the stressful things!! A coworker and I shared appeals cases at my former employer, she did disabilities and I did all others. Often she was contacting and re-contacting doctors to get them to submit the information required by statute and rule that would allow her to grant the benefits. It was frustrating all around knowing the claim was likely legitimate but lacking certain documentation to support the decision. So keep at it -- as frustrated and exhausted as you must be.Oregon Equestrianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10074291602447053774noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3086918209176708024.post-29621803205190704242011-03-28T19:49:56.327-05:002011-03-28T19:49:56.327-05:00Sending best wishes and thoughts - hope things com...Sending best wishes and thoughts - hope things come right for you.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
