More Art and Furry Friday

I have something different for Furry Friday!  Another drawing!  This time it's a charcoal drawing of a zebra and they are furry so I figure it counts hehe.  If you'd like to join Furry Friday click here (LINK).  

This is my first time ever drawing with charcoal! It's so much fun!!! I need a lot more practice but so far I really like it!!!! If I decide to frame this I think I'll cut the bottom off a little. I messed up the proportions in his body a bit, but I still like it!

I fixed the shoulder!! It's still not perfect but I hesitate to do too much erasing and redrawing. Let me know what you think!

I finally picked up my drawing pencils again and I had so much fun doing this drawing!!!! I'm in the process of learning new shading and blending techniques and I'll share more as I can.

P.S. I'm really bad at photographing pencil drawing. This looks way better in real life. There isn't so much contrast between the light and dark and the whole thing is softer in real life. I need to learn to photograph drawings lol.

Fireworks!

I didn't get many pictures.  I forgot my tripod and kept moving the camera so they all turned out blurry lol.  I like these though!

I really like this next one even though I moved the camera.   :D

Berries!!!

Our blackberries and blueberries are getting ripe! Yummy!! The awesome thing is that it's naturally gluten free! I'll update on that in a few days too. Oh and we ordered the cabinets and countertops for the kitchen!!!! It will be a few weeks before it's all here and installed but I'll get pictures when it's done. I'm so excited! I can't wait!
