I got started blogging in 2008 when I brought Jackal home because I wanted to track his growth and training progress. I had so much fun with blogging about Jackal that I also made Chrome a blog when I brought him home and I made this blog to write about farming, share my photography and track my projects... I also eventually condensed Jackal's (and Storm's) blogs into this one.... but then life got busy and stressful and I stopped training. Also having recently moved I haven't had much farm stuff to write about. So basically all I've used this blog for is to share my photos. I'm sure I've lost a lot of readers just from pure boredom, but I have been reading my favorite dog training blogs again and it has me feeling motivated to start training, so I hope you'll come back to read and comment on our progress. I have a couple of things I want to try, but I'll share that in another post. :)
Now for some signs of spring on it's way (I hope!).
My neighbor's plum tree.
My mom's Camilla.
The gorgeous Camilla again.
And mom's garden turtle hehe. :D
Good, post more on training :) And maybe skip to number 27 on your goal list just to entertain us readers more...
ReplyDeleteI have no idea why my comment form never works. I finally switched formats, again, a month ago and it started working for more people, but now the actual "post a comment" button now doesn't work for me! I've figured out a way around it though by clicking a smaller "3 comments" link...
I totally want to skip to number 27 but my husband said I can't have anymore pets until we have our house built. *pouts* LOL!
ReplyDeleteYep that's how I figured out a way around the comment form too finally lol. :)
Yay! So pleased that you're getting back into the training! :-)
ReplyDeleteI've been like you and totally slacked off on the training because of all the stresses in our lives recently and our big move cross-country...but today was actually the first time I picked up a clicker in over 3 months...and then I come here and see this post! ;-) I guess it's true: great minds think alike - hee! hee!

I still read when I have time, and enjoy the variety in your blog, and the photos. Sometimes life takes over what we really want to do, but it's cool to hear about all the other stuff too because it makes it more personal, so readers become more invested in it :)
