Jackal the Great Snake Hunter


Here are some really cute pictures I took of Jackal...

 I caught him yawning, but it looks like he's about to eat a dandelion lol.

I LOVE his expression!

 "Okay, I'm done with pictures mom!"

Now, if you don't like snakes do not scroll down!

While taking pictures Jackal went on alert with his cute growly bark.  He was leaning forward and sniffing something....

A beautiful snake!  Don't worry it's not poisonous.

This is as close as I let him get.  It wasn't acting aggressive, but better safe than sorry.

That's all for now.  I'll post pictures of my beautiful ducks tomorrow.  :)

    Wow, that is an awesome looking snake. I was thinking the other day that it would be nice if the snakes around here were brighter colored and didn't blend in so well so I would stop stumbling over them. Good boy, Jackal, for alerting on it.

    It's a variety of King Snake. I forget what kind, but they aren't poisonous. :D
