The last of my garden...

We picked the last of our garden since it's finally freezing at night.  We have 25 pounds of peppers!  In the left box is jalapeno pepper with baby loofah gourds on top.  Middle box is bell peppers.  Right box is pablano peppers.  The bowl on the right side is banana peppers, sweet joline peppers and paprika peppers.  The big green things are loofah gourds (when you dry them, peel them and cut them up they make loofah sponges).  And along the front is okra.  :D

This shows you how big the boxes are.  They can hold four six packs of canned coca cola.  That's all jalapeno peppers.  :D

  1. Wow that is a LOT of veggies. Do you eat them all? Can them? Do you eat the loofah gourds or use them as loofahs? Cool!

  2. LOL! Yeah loofah gourds can be eaten when they are small, but we let ours get big to use as loofah sponges. :D They should last me forever hehe.

The peppers will have to be canned or frozen because there's no way we could eat all of them before they went bad lol. We will save some for seed for next year's garden too. We eat everything that comes out of our garden and share it with family/friends too. :)
