10 Minute Morning Workout

I did a google search for a ten minute morning workout because I want something quick and easy I can do in the mornings. If I wait until evenings after work I'm tired and can't find the energy to work out.

Here is what I found:

I am not a paid advertiser for them or anything. I just happened to find it this morning and it looks like it would be quick, easy and helpful. I tried it this morning and got about halfway through it before I couldn't do anymore! My arms completely gave out. When did I get so out of shape?? I'm going to do this every morning for a week and see how it helps me. If anyone else wants to give it a shot I would love to hear what you think of it. Have fun working out everyone!!

  2. I can see why you were tired. 30 seconds is a long time. I recently purchased a series of 20 minute workouts. They are pretty good. They have a series of 8 second bursts and recovery. Now I just have to do them more regularly!
